Dorota Sadovska
Dorota Sadovská (1973) is a Slovak multimedia artist who studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava and the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Dijon, France. From the very beginning, the focal point of Sadovská's oeuvre has been the human body - both as a whole and in its various parts. This is reflected in her large canvas paintings, photography, cutouts (à la Matisse), and even in her unwearable "fashion" pieces, where the human form serves as a foundational design element. Sadovská is also the author and publisher of SADO magazine.
She lives and works in Bratislava, Slovakia.
